The job: what you'll actually do
1. Multi-channel brand “seeding”: own BigBang's daily promotion across Xiaohongshu, Official Accounts, Douyin, Video Accounts, X, TikTok, Facebook and more, producing internet-savvy, warm content that makes the platform break out fast.
2. Task coordination & matching: play the “super matchmaker,” smartly matching brands with real creators on the platform, keeping a tight eye on task publishing, review and efficient delivery.
3. Creator community operations: run the daily upkeep and vibe of creators' private communities, planning events so creators feel they belong and stay motivated to take orders.
The bar: what kind of you we need
1. Internet-savvy, can create: 1-2 years of hands-on new-media experience (great fresh grads welcome), familiar with each platform's algorithms, able to write copy and shoot/edit short videos independently.
2. High EQ, great coordinator: exceptional communication — you can hear the growth anxiety of business owners, brands, store owners and OPCs and vibe with free-spirited ordinary creators.
3. Careful, data-driven: strong initiative and execution, never dragging tasks, knowing how to review and optimize with data, and owning the results.
